LabCreated.Diamonds sells certified loose lab-grown diamonds. We currently focus on loose lab-grown diamonds only. We do not currently sell completed engagement rings, custom jewelry, or natural mined diamonds through this website unless clearly stated on a product or service page.

Online Store Terms

By using LabCreated.Diamonds, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use this website or our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the security, operation, checkout, inventory feed, product listings, customer accounts, payment systems, or other functions of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit access, or block activity when we believe it is necessary to protect LabCreated.Diamonds, customers, suppliers, payment providers, shipping carriers, or the integrity of the website.

Lab-Grown Diamond Product Information

LabCreated.Diamonds sells certified loose lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in a laboratory environment. They are not mined diamonds.

Product listings may include details such as carat weight, shape, cut, color, clarity, polish, symmetry, fluorescence, measurements, grading report information, lab report number, video, image, availability, price, and other diamond-specific information.

We work to present product information accurately. However, product data may come from suppliers, grading laboratories, inventory feeds, service providers, or third-party systems. Information may occasionally contain errors, delays, omissions, outdated availability, incorrect pricing, image issues, video issues, measurement differences, or other inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel affected orders, refund payment authorizations, refuse fulfillment, or contact you for clarification if product information is incorrect or unavailable.

Images and videos are provided to help customers evaluate a loose lab-grown diamond, but they may not perfectly represent appearance, size, color, brightness, sparkle, inclusions, bow tie, tint, transparency, or other visual details under every lighting condition or screen setting.

Diamond Grading Reports and Certification

All loose lab-grown diamonds listed on LabCreated.Diamonds include a grading report from an independent diamond grading laboratory such as IGI, GIA, or another recognized laboratory, as shown in the product listing.

Grading reports are issued by the grading laboratory, not by LabCreated.Diamonds. We do not control the grading laboratory’s opinions, methods, wording, report format, or conclusions.

A grading report is not an appraisal, warranty of value, resale guarantee, investment guarantee, or promise of future market value.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed grading report information, measurements, shape, carat weight, cut, color, clarity, fluorescence, report number, inscription information, and other details before purchasing.

No Investment or Resale Guarantee

Loose lab-grown diamonds are sold as consumer products, not investments. LabCreated.Diamonds does not promise that any lab-grown diamond will increase in value, hold value, resell for a certain amount, or perform as a financial asset.

Lab-grown diamond prices can change over time due to market conditions, supply, technology, demand, size, quality, grading, supplier pricing, and other factors. Past pricing does not guarantee future pricing.

Pricing, Availability, and Errors

Prices and availability may change without notice. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that the loose lab-grown diamond is still available, reserved, priced correctly, or eligible for shipment.

Because loose lab-grown diamond inventory can move quickly, every order is subject to availability review before final fulfillment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, shipping errors, inventory errors, coupon errors, discount errors, or technical errors at any time. If an error affects an order, we may cancel the order, void an authorization, issue a refund, or contact you with updated information.

We are not required to honor incorrect prices, incorrect product details, checkout errors, or inventory errors.

Orders Are Subject to Review and Acceptance

Placing an order through LabCreated.Diamonds does not automatically mean the order has been accepted, approved, captured, or guaranteed for shipment.

All orders are subject to review, including product availability, payment authorization, billing information, shipping information, fraud risk, order verification, supplier confirmation, shipping eligibility, and insurance requirements.

We may accept, decline, cancel, void, refund, or request more information for any order if needed to protect the buyer, LabCreated.Diamonds, payment providers, suppliers, shipping carriers, or the transaction.

An order may be canceled or delayed if:

  • The loose lab-grown diamond is no longer available.
  • The listed price or product information is incorrect.
  • The payment authorization fails, expires, is reversed, or is flagged.
  • Billing information cannot be verified.
  • Shipping information cannot be verified.
  • The billing address and shipping address do not meet our security standards.
  • The order appears suspicious, unauthorized, or unusually high risk.
  • Required identity verification is not completed.
  • The shipment cannot be safely insured or delivered.
  • The customer requests shipment to a freight forwarder, mail forwarding service, hotel, temporary address, third-party pickup location, or other unsupported destination.
  • The customer attempts to reroute a shipment after approval.
  • We determine that cancellation is necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer protection, or operational safety.

Payment Authorization and Capture

Payment may be authorized at checkout. Authorization does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment. We may review the order before payment capture, fulfillment, or final shipment approval.

If an order is canceled before capture, the authorization may be voided or allowed to expire depending on the payment provider and issuing bank. If payment has already been captured and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund according to the applicable payment method, processor, and policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, shipping information, contact information, and payment information.

We do not ask customers to send full credit card numbers by email.

Order Verification and Security

Because loose lab-grown diamonds are high-value items, some orders require manual review before shipment. Verification protects customers, payment cards, shipping carriers, suppliers, and LabCreated.Diamonds from unauthorized orders, stolen payment information, delivery fraud, and abusive disputes.

Verification may include:

  • Billing address review.
  • Shipping address review.
  • AVS review.
  • Payment authorization review.
  • Phone number validation.
  • Email review.
  • Order-risk review.
  • Identity verification when needed.
  • Shipping insurance eligibility review.
  • Adult-signature delivery review.

If required verification is not completed, or if we cannot safely verify the order, the order may be delayed, canceled, voided, or refunded.

Shipping Terms

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

LabCreated.Diamonds ships approved loose lab-grown diamond orders after order review, payment approval, product availability confirmation, and shipment preparation. Loose lab-grown diamonds typically ship in 3–10 business days after the order is approved, depending on supplier availability, verification, processing, inspection, carrier timing, and operational conditions.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery promises. Delays may occur due to verification, supplier timing, carrier issues, weather, holidays, address problems, payment review, inventory confirmation, insurance requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders may require insured shipping, tracking, adult signature, direct delivery, or other security controls. We may refuse shipment to addresses that do not meet our verification, insurance, fraud-prevention, or delivery standards.

We may cancel or refuse orders involving freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, reshippers, hotels, temporary addresses, package intercepts, reroute requests, unsupported addresses, or suspicious delivery instructions.

Risk of loss may be governed by the shipping method, carrier rules, insurance requirements, delivery confirmation, and applicable law. Customers must report delivery problems promptly so we can review the carrier record, delivery confirmation, tracking record, insurance documentation, and order history.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Loose lab-grown diamond returns must follow the return instructions, eligibility rules, timing rules, condition requirements, inspection requirements, and documentation requirements stated in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping, return insurance, return packaging, and safe return delivery. Free outbound shipping does not mean free return shipping.

Returned loose lab-grown diamonds must be returned in the same condition, with all required documentation, grading report materials, packaging, and related items. Returns may be denied, reduced, delayed, or refused if the item is damaged, altered, missing documents, missing packaging, late, uninsured, improperly shipped, or otherwise outside the policy.

Refunds may be delayed until the returned item is received, inspected, verified, and approved.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact LabCreated.Diamonds first before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the issue, provide documentation, correct eligible problems, or explain the applicable policy.

Chargebacks are not a substitute for following the return policy, cancellation policy, shipping policy, order-verification process, or customer-support process.

We may provide order records, checkout records, payment records, AVS results, verification records, customer communications, shipping records, delivery records, adult-signature records, return records, policy records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, card networks, banks, insurers, carriers, or dispute-resolution parties.

Customers may have the option to create or use an account. You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update account, billing, shipping, and contact information when needed.

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
