How LabCreated.Diamonds ships certified loose lab-grown diamonds with secure order review, insured UPS delivery, adult signature, tracking, and careful packaging.

Last updated: June 2026

LabCreated.Diamonds ships certified loose lab-grown diamonds with security, insurance, and buyer protection in mind. Loose diamonds are small, valuable items, so every shipment must meet our order verification, packaging, carrier, insurance, and delivery requirements before release.

Our goal is simple: your loose lab-grown diamond should be verified, securely packaged, insured in transit, trackable, and delivered only through an approved delivery process.

This Shipping Policy summarizes how shipping works. Order verification, return shipping, refunds, chargeback review, and privacy are covered in their own related policy pages where applicable.

Where We Ship

LabCreated.Diamonds ships within the United States only.

We do not currently ship loose lab-grown diamonds internationally through the website.

Orders intended for freight forwarders, package forwarding services, reshippers, third-party export addresses, or similar forwarding arrangements may be canceled for security and insurance reasons.

Shipping Timeframe

Loose lab-grown diamonds typically ship within 3–10 business days after order confirmation, payment review, order verification, availability confirmation, and pre-shipment inspection.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The 3–10 business day timeframe is a normal processing and release window. It does not mean every order ships immediately after checkout. High-value diamond orders may require verification before shipment.

Order Verification Before Shipping

Before a loose lab-grown diamond ships, the order may be reviewed for billing accuracy, shipping accuracy, payment authorization, AVS verification, phone validation, fraud risk, inventory availability, certification details, and insurance requirements.

Some orders may require additional information before shipment. This may include address confirmation, phone validation, or government-issued photo ID verification when needed.

Verification protects the buyer, the payment method, the shipment, and the insured delivery process.

Shipping Carrier

Approved loose lab-grown diamond orders ship by UPS insured service.

When applicable under the approved shipping process, loose diamond shipments are sent by UPS 2nd Day Air insured service.

Carrier, service level, and release timing may depend on order verification, inventory confirmation, shipping address eligibility, insurance requirements, and operational timing.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free within the United States for approved loose lab-grown diamond orders.

Any special shipping, return shipping, insurance, handling, or exception-related costs are governed by the applicable policy or customer communication for that situation.

For returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on approved returns. The cost of the approved insured UPS return label is deducted from the refund amount under the Returns & Refund Policy.

Insurance Coverage

Approved loose lab-grown diamond shipments are insured while in transit through the approved shipping process.

Insurance coverage depends on following the required shipping, delivery, address, signature, and return procedures.

Do not request reroutes, unauthorized address changes, third-party pickup changes, or informal delivery changes. These may interfere with security and insurance requirements.

Adult Signature Required

Adult signature is required for delivery of loose lab-grown diamond shipments.

This requirement helps protect the buyer, the diamond, the shipment, and the insurance coverage.

Because adult signature is required, make sure someone eligible is available to receive the package at the approved delivery address.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking allows you to follow the package while it is in transit. Delivery timing may vary based on UPS operations, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other carrier conditions.

If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us promptly so the shipment can be reviewed under the approved carrier process.

No P.O. Boxes

Loose lab-grown diamond orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Insured diamond shipments require secure delivery handling, adult signature, and an eligible physical delivery address.

If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

For high-value loose lab-grown diamond orders, the billing and shipping details may be required to match or pass additional verification before shipment.

If the shipping address cannot be verified, does not meet insurance requirements, uses a freight forwarder, uses a P.O. Box, or raises security concerns, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Address Changes and Reroutes

Shipping address changes may not be allowed after checkout.

UPS reroutes, delivery redirects, alternate pickup changes, and address changes may be refused for security and insurance reasons.

If you need the order shipped to a specific address, enter the correct address at checkout before completing payment.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before shipment, loose lab-grown diamonds may be reviewed for order accuracy, certification details, inventory availability, and secure packaging readiness.

This review helps confirm that the diamond being shipped matches the order details and is prepared for insured delivery.

If an issue is found before shipment, we may contact you before the order is released.

Packaging

Loose lab-grown diamonds are securely packaged for insured transit.

Packaging may include protective shipping materials, shipment documentation, and the applicable IGI or GIA grading report information when provided with the diamond.

Keep the original packaging and grading report after delivery. They may be required if a return is approved.

Diamond Availability Before Shipment

Most orders proceed normally, but loose diamond inventory can change because diamonds may be supplied through live availability feeds.

If the selected diamond becomes unavailable after checkout and before shipment, we will contact you with available options. Depending on the situation, those options may include a comparable replacement option or a refund.

An order is not final for shipment until verification, availability confirmation, and pre-shipment review are complete.

Delivery Problems

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery concerns must be handled through the approved carrier and insurance process. Do not attempt unauthorized reroutes, informal delivery changes, or third-party pickup arrangements.

We may need time to review the tracking, carrier status, insurance requirements, and order details before providing the next step.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered, contact LabCreated.Diamonds promptly.

Because loose lab-grown diamond shipments are insured through the approved process, any claim or investigation must follow the carrier and insurance requirements.

Do not discard packaging, labels, delivery notices, photos, or shipment materials if there is a delivery concern. These may be needed for review.

After Delivery

After delivery, inspect your package and diamond promptly.

Keep the original packaging, documentation, and IGI or GIA grading report. These may be required for returns, warranty review, authenticity support, or insurance documentation.

We recommend arranging personal jewelry insurance after delivery if you want protection against loss, theft, accidental damage, or other events not covered by shipping insurance or limited warranty terms.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled separately from outbound shipping.

For approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Authorized returns must use the approved insured UPS return label provided through the return process.

The cost of the approved insured return label is deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping, insurance, and handling costs are non-refundable where applicable under the Returns & Refund Policy.

How to Avoid Shipping Delays

Before placing your order, use the following checklist:

  • Enter your real name at checkout.
  • Use the billing address your bank has on file.
  • Use a valid mobile or landline phone number.
  • Do not use a VOIP phone number.
  • Use an eligible physical shipping address.
  • Do not use a P.O. Box.
  • Do not use a freight forwarder or package forwarding service.
  • Check your email after ordering in case verification is needed.
  • Be available for adult signature delivery once tracking is provided.

Questions Before Shipping

If you have a question about shipping before placing an order, contact us before checkout.

If your question is about an existing order, include your order number so we can review the correct transaction.

For a high-value loose lab-grown diamond purchase, it is better to confirm shipping concerns before the order is released than to try to fix address or delivery issues after shipment.
