We offer a 21-day return policy on unaltered loose diamonds. Returns must include the IGI or GIA certificate and original packaging. The diamond must be received by LabCreated.Diamonds within 21 days of the customer receiving it. Visit our Returns Policy for instructions.

All purchases from LabCreated.Diamonds include a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee and a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies to all items — including diamonds, mountings, and completed jewelry. It does not cover abuse, neglect, loss, theft, or damage from normal wear (e.g., scratches, bent prongs, or impacts). Warranty inspections and resolutions are typically completed within 7–10 business days.
