Why Orders May Be Canceled
Your order may be automatically canceled if it does not meet the required verification checks:
- VOIP numbers are not accepted. A valid mobile or landline number is required. VOIP numbers trigger automatic cancellation.
- Shipping and billing addresses must match exactly. High-value diamond orders must ship to the same address used at checkout for your protection.
- AVS (Address Verification System) must match. The billing street number and ZIP code must match what your bank has on file.
- ID verification required on high-value orders. Orders over $1,000, $2,500, and $5,000 may require a government-issued photo ID to confirm payment authorization.
Why Identity Verification Is Required

What Happens If AVS Fails?
If your bank cannot confirm your billing address, AVS will fail. We will contact you once to correct the information. If the billing street number and ZIP code do not match your bank’s records, the order will be automatically canceled for your safety.

No. Once your phone number, billing/shipping address, and payment details meet our verification standards—and ID is provided when required—you may place future orders normally.
