Every purchase from LabCreated.Diamonds is protected by a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee and a 12-Month Limited Warranty that covers all items — including diamonds, mountings, and completed jewelry — against defects in materials or workmanship.

• Coverage: Applies to all IGI or GIA certified diamonds, mountings, and jewelry purchased directly from LabCreated.Diamonds.
• Duration: Lifetime authenticity coverage and a 12-month limited warranty from the date you receive your item.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, accidents, loss, theft, or damage caused by normal wear (e.g., scratches, bent prongs, or impacts).
• Process: To request service, email contact@labcreated.diamonds with your order number and description. Inspections and resolutions are typically completed within 7–10 business days.
