We want every purchase from LabCreated.Diamonds to inspire complete confidence. Each diamond is IGI or GIA certified, ethically grown, and inspected for quality before shipment. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Eligible: Loose lab-grown diamonds only (H or better color, VS1 or better clarity).
- Condition: Unaltered, unused, and returned in original packaging with the original IGI or GIA certification report.
- Timing: Return request must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@labcreated.diamonds with your order number to request authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide a fully insured UPS return label with adult signature required.
- The cost of the insured return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
For security, all authorized returns must use the provided UPS insured return label. The label includes full insurance coverage for the item’s complete value and adult signature confirmation. Returns shipped without our authorized label may not be eligible for refund. Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment until your return has been processed and confirmed.
Refund Processing
- After inspection, refunds are issued within 2–3 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
- The insured return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
- Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Loose diamonds damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without the original certification document.
- Returns shipped without the authorized insured return label.
